Boot Camp - Circuit/Intervals

Get ready to kick it up a notch with this weight/cardio workout!  Marcia’s Boot Camp is designed to burn body fat and break through fitness plateaus, which will increase your overall aerobic capacity.  Anyone can participate in this strength training class that adds bouts of cardio throughout the workout to boost fat burning.  Come join Marcia as she keeps you focused on the important stuff: burning calories and building muscle. 


Classes are held in the PK-3 Multi-Purpose Room at 5:00-5:45am on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday's. 

Drop-In Rate Option:  Drop in for any class and pay a $5 walk-in-rate, no pre-registration necessary.
